The GRR-OWL swimmers train in Oxford’s rivers and lakes and also in a 25m competition pool. Some Rats just do chlorine and some just do open skies but lots do both
The group was born out of lockdown, in the Summer of 2020 and has grown to become one of Oxford’s largest swim training groups
The sessions are led by a friendly and professional team of swim coaches who will help you develop both your swimming technique in a pool and your open water skills
Many of our swimmers compete or take part in swim challenges yet the group retains its community feel
Friendship is at the heart of this rat
